Fly to Orlando

3:00pm - Check in with JA'DUKE at the Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT. We will be checking that everyone has their costumes and we will be taking attendance before going through TSA.

 

5:50pm - Check in again with JA'DUKE at our gate.

 

10:00pm - Head to Hotel from MCO Airport.

SATURDAY JUNE 25TH

SUNDAY JUNE 26TH

Epcot

Breakfast: 7-9am

9:15am - Senior Performance Troupe departs for Workshop.
All performers must be changed in dance clothing (tights, leotards, leggings, t-shirts etc following the JCPA dress code), and hair should be up and away from the face. Students need to bring street clothes to change back into, dance shoes, and a water bottle with them to their workshop. All Senior Troupe members will need their Disney park ticket/magic band with them.

1:00pm - Senior Performance Troupe chaperones meet performers at entrance of Epcot (inside the gates). Performers will only be released to chaperones and will not be allowed to leave with friends.

1:30pm  - Junior Performance Troupe meets in the Italy Pavilion outside of La Gemma Elegante. All performers must be changed in dance clothing (tights, leotards, leggings, t-shirts etc following the JCPA dress code), and hair should be up and away from the face. Students need to bring street clothes to change back into, dance shoes, and a water bottle with them to their workshop. All Junior Troupe members will need their Disney park ticket/magic band with them.

5:30pm - Junior Performance Troupe chaperones meet performers in the Italy Pavilion in the same spot they were dropped off. Performers will only be released to chaperones and will not be allowed to leave with friends.

MONDAY JUNE 27TH

Performance Day!

Breakfast: 7-9am *Everyone needs to eat a good and filling breakfast!

7:30am - All performers prepare for performance (hair, make-up etc). We will have people in the lobby to help with all parts of this if you need it! Bring all makeup and hair supplies needed. *MAKE SURE EVERYONE EATS A GOOD BREAKFAST*

9:00am - EVERYONE departs for Disney Springs.

JUNIORS: Dressed in costume, full hair and makeup done, with JCPA Disney T-Shirt over costume. They MUST bring the JCPA Carry-On Backpack with Disney shoes, a water bottle and a change of street clothes.

SENIORS: Dressed in street clothes with JCPA Disney T-Shirt full hair and makeup done. They MUST bring the JCPA Carry-On Backpack with their costume, Disney shoes, a water bottle.

9:30am - Drop off all Senior Disney Troupe Performers AND all non-performers at the Strawberry Lot in Disney Springs.

9:45am - Junior Disney Troupe meets Disney representatives.

11:00am - Junior Disney Performance at Marketplace Stage

*After the performance, the Seniors will follow Juniors back to the busses to prepare for their performance. Juniors AND Seniors will remain together with the JCPA Staff and Disney Representative from this point on.

1:30pm - Senior Disney Performance at Marketplace Stage

*After the performance ALL students will walk back together. Families should meet at the Strawberry Lot to pick up performers.

2:15pm - Families meet ALL performers in the Strawberry Lot to be picked up.

3:00pm - Two Options: Head back to Hotel or stay in Disney Springs.

5:30pm - Depart for Farewell Dinner at Golden Corral

6:00pm - Farewell Dinner

Relax and pack for home!
